Key Achievements:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure across provincial operations. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network faults to ensure seamless service continuity. ● Manage, maintain, and upgrade ICT and network infrastructure to meet organisational and security standards. ● Repair, service, and track Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) kits and associated equipment across all Midlands districts. ● Implement and enforce data and cyber security protocols safeguarding organisational systems and assets. ● Provide first-line technical support province-wide, ensuring rapid resolution of ICT incidents. ● Facilitate and coordinate voter registration and delimitation exercises, and maintain the provincial delimitation database. ● Conduct electoral boundary mapping and define polling station areas in line with national guidelines. ● Compile monthly ICT/VR&D and provincial performance reports for management review. ● Serve as Provincial Wellness Chair, coordinating multi-partner wellness programmes and provincial sports events.
