Terms of Use

• Minimum age: 18.
• One account per person or legal entity; do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Jobseekers: create profiles, list skills, apply to jobs, and message employers.
• Employers: browse profiles, post jobs (non-gig, remote full-/part-time roles), and contact jobseekers. You agree to use candidate data solely to evaluate and make hiring decisions and not for marketing or resale.

You own the content you submit (e.g., profiles, job posts, messages). You grant PandaDesk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that your content is accurate and lawful and that you have the rights to post it.

To protect our users and the integrity of our marketplace, you must not, and must not allow others to:

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, extract, copy, index, or harvest any part of the Service or its data, including profiles, job listings, messages, or contact details.
• Bypass or interfere with access controls or rate limits; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Bulk download, export, or cache data; build or feed databases or generative AI models using PandaDesk content.
• Republish, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit PandaDesk content outside the Service without our prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise alter the presentation of the Service; collect users’ information for spamming, lead generation, or marketing lists.
• Use the Service in any manner that competes with PandaDesk (e.g., to build or train a competing service) or that violates our robots.txt or technical restrictions.

If you need data access, contact support@pandadesk.pro about approved APIs or exports.

• Post only legitimate remote, full-/part-time roles. No gigs, multi-level marketing, adult content, or illegal activity.
• No discrimination or unlawful preferences; comply with applicable employment laws.
• No requests for unpaid trial work or unreasonable tests; clearly state compensation where required by law.
• Use messaging for bona fide hiring conversations; do not solicit unrelated services or send spam.

• Paid features (e.g., unlocks, subscriptions) will be billed through our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes; provide accurate billing details.

We may request government ID or similar documents to help prevent fraud and maintain trust and safety. Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in suspension. Verification data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and retained only for a defined period unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

PandaDesk and its licensors own all rights in the Service and its compilation, design, and look-and-feel. Trademarks may not be used without permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@pandadesk.pro with details; we may remove content and notify the user.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, storage). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. PandaDesk is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaDesk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to PandaDesk in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PandaDesk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. You may discontinue use at any time; Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., licenses granted, payments due, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in[insert venue]. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
