Key Responsibilities ● Manage the full social media pipeline for three fashion brands (DY1765, Zopoman and TG Collection) at the same time. ● Plan content calendars and schedule posts to keep each brand’s feed consistent. ● Write captions and ad copy suited to each brand’s audience and voice. ● Design promotional graphics, posts and stories in Canva. ● Create, launch and monitor paid Meta ad campaigns, tracking cost per result, reach and engagement. ● Manage community engagement and turn customer messages into sales opportunities. ● Coordinate with brand owners, a videographer, an editor and models to deliver content on deadline. ● Analyse performance data and report to my manager weekly. Key achievements ● Gained 1,062 new followers across the three brands in three months (DY1765: 356, Zopoman: 321, TG Collection: 385). ● Ran a Zopoman new arrivals campaign that generated 171 customer messaging conversations at KSh 140.67 each, with 78,040 views and 24,305 post engagements. ● Reached 82% of the sales target on that campaign. ● Earned the HubSpot Academy Social Media Certification.
