Westar residency believe in providing opulent and exclusive standard of living, contended lifestyle and a secure place which people call home. 2019 - 2020 As a staff i leaded team of Six engineering and marketing staffs and twelve security and housekeeping staffs . looked after 4 towers with 211 apartments and around 400 Residents. Amenities' to have monitored included: Lifts, transformer, water treatment, swimming pool, mini theatre, fire fight system, gym hall, amphitheater etc. Ensure day to day smooth operation of every building components machinery, plant, furniture, fixture and equipment. Ensure safety, security and protection of builing residents and amneties by responding to grivances, breakdowns, faults, accidentents taking appropirate measure to resolve Keep track of Annual Manintenance Contract (AMC) of lift,generator,HVAC, Solar, Gym, Water filtration unit,fire fighting ,theatre and confirm proper documentation. Checking inventory ,ordering supplies and keeping track housekeeping, security staffs for sanitation and security. Preventive & Emergency interior/exterior maintenance & repairs to obtainoptimum efficiency and econnomy of apartment opertations. Coordinate and liase with suppliers, vendors and contractors to carry out work accordingly. Providing assests protection and inventory management and control mechanism

The lost horizon Resort , Begnas by shangrila hotel and resort located in Pachvaiya, Begnas lake . Worked for 3 months looking after the implementation of as per drawing design from Wonaw & Associates by the subcontractor PM construction. Checking technical designs and details in Architectural and Structural Drawings with proper execution on site. Providing technical advice on solving problems on design implementation like : Villas level and positioning, Club house layout, Detached suite design, landscaping of the areas etc. Ensure the quality and quantity of material and work executed on site. Check and verify the running bills submitted by contractor and recommend it to the cost consultant and project director.
