Worked at Wns Global as a IT Technician helping customers wifi they were experiencing problems with thier wifi, if they had a problem i would lodge a ticket to Tachnicians to go to their place and fix the ptoblem. If they call in for the second time i would escalate the problem. Thats only if i cant solve the problem Technically on my side. Proubles with wifi could occure if the weather was bad or an abject had fallen on their line rendering it useless to work, thats where i would lodge a ticket...
