– Delivered production features across multi-tenant attendance and payroll, parking, government file-tracking, education and content-management products using Django/DRF, React, Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. – Modelled Nepal's Darta / Chalani / Tippani government file-routing rules into a Django workflow engine with office-, role- and stagescoped permissions, so a clerk in one office can never read or act on another office’s records. – Built a tenant-aware payroll engine implementing Nepal income-tax slabs, SSF/SST contributions, overtime policy and accountant sign-off, with generated payslips and statutory reporting. – Integrated ADMS/RFID biometric terminals with the attendance API, hardening ingestion endpoints with device authentication, throttling and replay-safe logging after finding unauthenticated device writes in the original design. – Corrected parking revenue reporting by fixing how voided and unbilled records were counted, and added soft-delete protection. – Raised reliability across products through JWT refresh flows, API authorisation and tenant scoping, request throttling, secret scanning, reproducible Docker builds, automated backups and GitHub Actions deployment. – Collaborated with engineers, designers and project managers across backend, frontend and infrastructure repositories; reviewed code and owned features from design through deployment and production support.
