During my internship at RCMRD (Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development), I provided comprehensive IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance, and system configuration. I assisted in updating web content, managing data, and creating technical documentation to support online platforms. Additionally, I contributed to ICT infrastructure operations, ensuring smooth system functionality, and participated in training programs to enhance my technical skills. These contributions helped improve operational efficiency and strengthen the center’s digital and technical capabilities.

Key Achievements:

During my internship at RCoE-ESA (Regional Centre of Excellence – Eastern & Southern Africa), I contributed to multiple creative and communication projects by designing visual materials for campaigns and training events, creating animations and training videos for initiatives such as the Guardians of the Wild campaign, and developing branded graphics consistent with organizational guidelines. My work enhanced digital storytelling, improved engagement, and strengthened the visual identity of RCoE-ESA’s projects, supporting both environmental awareness and educational initiatives across the region.

I designed the company logo, created posters, flyers, and brochures for promotional campaigns, and developed engaging social media materials to increase visibility and community engagement. My contributions helped strengthen the brand identity, supported marketing initiatives, and ensured consistent and professional visual communication across all digital platforms.

During my internship at Attain Enterprise Solutions Ltd, I successfully developed web scraping tools to extract valuable data for customer insights, built Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence and reporting, and created AI chatbots to enhance customer service automation. I also provided technical support for web-based applications, ensuring smooth functionality and assisting in troubleshooting. These experiences strengthened my skills in data analysis, programming, and practical ICT solutions, while demonstrating my ability to deliver impactful technology-driven results for business operations.
