We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Zenoti IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, system administration, and user assistance for the Zenoti platform. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure the smooth operation of business processes within Zenoti.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for the Zenoti platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, user, and configuration issues.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, memberships, packages, gift cards, inventory, and POS-related concerns.
- Support integrations with payment gateways and third-party applications.
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and feature implementations.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Train and support staff on Zenoti best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and system efficiency.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Zenoti Support when necessary and track resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting or administering the Zenoti platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of POS systems, scheduling, inventory management, memberships, and reporting within Zenoti.
- Experience with system configuration, user management, and permissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
