YouTube Video Editor

I’m hiring for a reliable and consistent video editor to support a high-volume YouTube workflow. The role starts with straightforward, process-based editing, but there’s strong potential to grow into a more creative position if you have a good instinct for pacing, humor, and what keeps viewers watching.

The work itself is simple: cutting footage, adjusting framing, adding zooms, and following a consistent editing style across videos. You’ll be expected to handle multiple videos per day, so being efficient and organized is important.

You’ll be working within a set daily shift and should be available throughout that time. Once editing tasks are completed, you’ll help with basic support work like posting content to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using provided clips. The idea is to stay productive and help maintain consistent output across all channels.

This role is especially suited for someone who regularly watches YouTube and naturally understands online content, trends, and humor—particularly within reality TV or pop culture-style videos.

There is a short paid trial period to start, allowing us to evaluate your speed, quality, and reliability before moving into a longer-term setup.

You’ll need a stable internet connection, basic editing experience, and the ability to follow a clear system. If you also have a strong feel for internet humor and can contribute ideas that improve engagement, that will help you grow into a more advanced role.
