Job Description

I run a YouTube channel, and I've hit a wall. I make the videos, but I never know which thumbnail or title will actually get people to click. I need someone to own that part of the process.

Every time I publish a video, I'll send you the topic and some raw screenshots. Your job is to create 3 or 4 completely different thumbnail and title combinations. Then, we'll test them. You'll set up the polls in my community, analyze the click-through rate data in the first 24 hours, and tell me which one is winning and why.

I need someone who thinks in clicks and scroll-stops. You should have a feel for what makes a thumbnail pop in a crowded feed. You don't need to be a pro artist, but you must be good with Canva or a similar tool. More importantly, you need to care about the data—why one image works and another doesn't. If you're the kind of person who watches a video and thinks 'I would have clicked a different version,' this is your role. You can work on your own schedule as long as the tests are ready when the video is.
