YouTube Operations VA

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Assistant to help manage multiple faceless YouTube channels focused on AI, future technology, educational content, and digital media.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential as our media operations continue to expand. We are looking for someone reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the YouTube content production workflow
• Organize scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, edited videos, and production assets
• Communicate with editors, thumbnail designers, voice actors, and scriptwriters
• Upload, optimize, and schedule YouTube videos
• Maintain organized Google Drive folders and file systems
• Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Manage workflows using tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms
• Assist with administrative tasks and online research
• Monitor YouTube analytics and organize performance reports
• Support social media posting and scheduling when needed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Experience working with YouTube channels or digital media teams preferred
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio
• Experience using Google Drive, Slack, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with faceless YouTube automation workflows
• Thumbnail review or creative direction experience
• Understanding of viral content, audience retention, and YouTube performance metrics
• Social media management experience
• Canva or basic graphic design skills
