YouTube Growth Specialist, Creator Coach & Channel Assistant

We are looking for a creative, organized, and experienced YouTube Growth Specialist, Creator Coach, and Channel Assistant to support a growing content channel.

This is a flexible, part-time remote role focused on content development, audience growth, and channel optimization, with a strong emphasis on short-form video content and social media strategy.

We're seeking someone who understands creator growth, audience engagement, and platform trends, and who can provide constructive guidance while helping maintain an organized and effective content workflow.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, understands online communities, and can identify opportunities to help a channel grow while supporting creators in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Research platform trends, popular content formats, and emerging opportunities
• Help brainstorm, organize, and develop content ideas
• Assist with content strategy and channel growth planning
• Provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and channel performance
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and publishing strategies
• Monitor channel analytics and prepare performance summaries
• Research competitor and creator channels for insights and inspiration
• Assist with upload scheduling and content organization
• Support community management and audience engagement when appropriate
• Coordinate with content creators and support teams on content planning and publishing schedules
• Optional: Provide basic video editing or thumbnail design support
• Offer constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to help creators improve their content and on-camera presence

Qualifications

• Experience supporting YouTube, short-form video, social media, or creator-focused channels
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with creator analytics and channel management tools
• Understanding of audience retention, engagement strategies, and content growth principles
• Positive attitude and dependable communication skills
• Comfortable working within family-friendly and youth-oriented content environments
• Ability to balance creativity, coaching, and professionalism
