Job Description
Can you look at a YouTube channel and immediately identify three things that would improve its performance? Not vague things — specific, actionable ones. If yes, keep reading.
We run a YouTube channel for an online education brand and need someone to take full operational ownership. The content creator records — you handle everything else.
That means:
- Uploading videos with fully optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Writing chapters, pinned comments, and end-screen CTAs
- Managing the community tab — polls, posts, comment responses
- Monitoring analytics and flagging what's performing and what isn't
- Keyword and topic research for the content pipeline
- Keeping the publishing schedule tight — nothing goes up late
The channel is monetized and has an existing audience that expects consistency. A bad title or a missed publish date is a real problem here, not a minor slip. You need to understand how YouTube's algorithm rewards channels that publish on schedule and penalizes those that don't.
Any timezone works — the role is primarily async. Conversational English required. Include channel examples with results when you apply.
