Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Manager to take full ownership of video "packaging" and algorithmic performance. This role is focused entirely on maximizing Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Average View Duration (AVD) across a high-volume content schedule. You will be the bridge between the creative production team and the YouTube Studio analytics, ensuring every upload is optimized for maximum reach.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Thumbnail & Title Strategy: Brainstorming 10+ high-curiosity title variations for every video and coordinating with designers to A/B test thumbnail concepts.
- SEO & Metadata: Crafting keyword-optimized descriptions, adding timestamps/chapters, and managing the "End Screen" strategy to increase channel watch time.
- Audience Engagement: Moderating the comments section for the first 3 hours post-upload to drive initial engagement signals to the algorithm.
- Performance Analysis: Delivering a weekly audit of the retention graphs to identify exactly where viewers are dropping off, providing actionable feedback to the filming team.
Candidate Profile: You must have a proven track record of growing channels in competitive niches. We are looking for someone who understands the "Science of the Click" and can explain the difference between Search-based traffic and Suggested-video traffic. Experience with TubeBuddy or VidIQ for competitive research is a must.
