Workflow automation specialist

We build software that helps companies automate their manual processes. Our customers love the product but often need help turning their ideas into reliable, working systems. That's where you come in.

Your role is to be the technical guide who helps our customers succeed. You'll work directly with them to understand their business process, then design and build the automated workflows that solve their specific problem. When a customer is stuck or something breaks, you'll be the detective who figures out why and fixes it. You'll also create clear examples and tutorials that show other users what's possible.

We need a builder and a problem-solver. You should have professional experience designing and maintaining business automations. You need to understand how different software applications can talk to each other and be able to explain technical concepts in simple terms. This role is for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from making a complex, tedious task run smoothly with a click. You will work during European business hours to best support our customers.
