Job Description

We run weekly webinars as part of our sales funnel and need someone to own every moving piece — before, during, and after. The presenter presents. You make sure everything else works.

Before: confirmation emails go out on schedule, the tech is tested, slides are uploaded, and the registration page is accurate. During: you're running the waiting room, monitoring chat, managing polls, and handling any tech issues in real time without breaking the presenter's flow. After: the recording is processed, the replay goes to registrants, and attendance data is in the CRM before end of business.

Tools and requirements:

  • Experience with webinar platforms — Zoom Webinars, Demio, WebinarJam, or similar
  • Email platform basics for pre and post-event sequences
  • CRM familiarity for logging registrant and attendee data
  • Fluent English — you'll communicate directly with registrants and occasionally with speakers

Attention to detail is the core skill here. One broken Zoom link or a missed confirmation email ruins the entire event experience for attendees who were ready to show up.
