Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to support client websites across a variety of platforms while helping maintain strong technical performance, security, and search visibility.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working across development, technical SEO, website maintenance, and troubleshooting. You'll be involved in both building new website assets and improving the performance and reliability of existing websites.

The role requires someone who is comfortable moving between design implementation, technical problem-solving, and ongoing website management.

The Role

A typical week might involve building landing pages, implementing website updates, improving page speed, resolving technical issues, investigating security concerns, and supporting website migrations.

You'll work with a range of content management systems and ecommerce platforms, helping ensure websites remain functional, secure, and optimized for both users and search engines.

Technical SEO will also be an important part of your responsibilities. You'll be expected to identify and resolve technical issues that impact website performance, indexing, crawlability, user experience, and overall site health.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with strong experience in website development and a solid understanding of how technical website performance impacts business results.

Key areas of expertise should include:

• Website development and customization across modern CMS and ecommerce platforms
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend development concepts
• Technical SEO implementation and troubleshooting
• Website speed optimization and performance improvements
• Security monitoring, malware investigation, and website recovery
• Hosting, DNS, SSL configuration, and migration support

Experience working with analytics, tag management, APIs, or custom web applications would be beneficial but is not essential.

You enjoy solving technical problems and take pride in delivering reliable, well-structured work. You're comfortable investigating issues independently, documenting solutions, and managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
