Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Virtual Transaction Coordinator to oversee our real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role will be the central point of communication and compliance for each deal, ensuring all parties stay informed and every deadline is met with precision.
Your Role
As the Virtual Transaction Coordinator, you will manage the entire transaction lifecycle within our dedicated platform, Skyslope. You will prepare and organize documents, track milestones, maintain clear communication between clients, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensure every transaction follows our established process from offer to close. Your thoroughness and proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining full compliance at every step.

- Experience using Skyslope in a real estate transaction coordination role
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, deadlines, and closing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, responsive demeanor
- A self-starter who can manage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and clarity
