We are a growing roofing company looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to handle incoming leads, answer phone calls, and manage follow-ups. Your role will be critical in ensuring no lead is missed and every potential customer is properly handled.
This position is ideal for someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and via messages.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle new leads from calls, forms, and messages
- Schedule appointments and estimates for the sales team
- Keep CRM updated with accurate customer information
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide basic information about services and pricing
- Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, customer support, or similar role
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable handling phone calls with customers
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple conversations
- Reliable internet connection and availability during working hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with home service businesses (roofing, construction, etc.)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM platforms
- Experience with SMS and email follow-up systems
