Job Description

We operate a fast-growing direct-to-consumer Shopify store selling a unique product and are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Shopify store operations and order fulfillment
  • Monitor and process orders, shipments, returns, and exchanges
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners and suppliers
  • Handle customer support via email, chat, and social channels
  • Resolve shipping issues, refunds, chargebacks, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain product listings, inventory levels, and store organization
  • Monitor store performance and identify operational issues proactively
  • Assist with promotions, launches, and general store administration
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify DTC stores
  • Strong experience with Shopify fulfillment workflows, order management, and customer service
  • Proven experience handling returns, refunds, and shipping issues
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently and solving problems without constant supervision
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps, shipping platforms, and customer support tools
  • Experience with scaling DTC brands is a strong advantage
