Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The successful candidate will:
  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate daily tasks.
  • Handle online research and administrative support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is an advantage but not required.
