- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks remotely
- Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct online research and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate meetings and manage appointments
- Assist with social media management and basic content posting
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer required
