Job Description


  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks remotely
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports as required
  • Coordinate meetings and manage appointments
  • Assist with social media management and basic content posting
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer required
