Video Editor Needed for New Finance YouTube Channel (Shorts + Long-Form)

We’re starting a finance YouTube channel (investing, money, wealth). Looking for an editor who understands the space and can make content feel credible — not generic.

What You’ll Do

• 1 Short/day (fast, hook-driven, captions, clean pacing)
• 3 long videos/week (9–12 min, strong B-roll, simple data visuals, consistent style)

First 2 Weeks
Heavier workload (~20–25 hrs/week) while we build the workflow and style.
After that, it becomes steady and predictable.

Must-Have

• Real experience editing finance content
• Ability to pick relevant B-roll (markets, business, spending — not random clips)

You’re a Fit If

• 1+ year editing finance/business content
• Comfortable with Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci etc.
• Understand Shorts + retention editing
• Reliable and communicative
