Job Description
We're a US-based DTC e-commerce brand that lives and dies by the performance of our video ads. We're looking for a creative video editor who doesn't just edit clips, but understands what makes people stop scrolling and click.
You'll be the one creating the thumb-stopping content that runs on our Meta and Google Ads. You'll take raw product footage, competitor ads, and trend references and turn them into fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits. We expect you to use AI tools (like Runway, Pika, or Adobe Firefly) to generate unique B-roll, create variations, or enhance visuals to keep our creative fresh and ahead of the curve. You won't just follow a brief; you'll bring ideas to the table on what could work next.
We need someone with a portfolio that proves you understand performance creative. Show us ads you've made that actually ran and drove results. You must be fluent in the editing style of short-form platforms (fast cuts, dynamic text, trend audio) and know how to adapt a hero asset into multiple formats and aspect ratios. You should be proactive in testing new AI features that can give our creative an edge.
