Video Editor

We are a creative marketing agency based in Los Angeles, working with lifestyle, fashion, and consumer brands. Our content needs to feel native, authentic, and stop the scroll. We are looking for a long-term Video Editor who is a true storyteller, capable of transforming raw footage into compelling short-form videos that resonate on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Your role is to be the final creative filter. You will take direction and raw materials—client footage, stock clips, music, and graphics—and craft them into a polished, engaging narrative. The aesthetic should be clean, modern, and feel authentic to the brand, not overly produced.

What you will do:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into 15-60 second videos optimized for various social media platforms.
• Apply color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and text overlays to create a polished final product.
• Collaborate with our creative directors and account managers to understand the story and goal for each piece of content.
• Manage and organize media assets, maintaining a clear workflow for multiple client projects.
• Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform specifications to ensure content performs well.
• Proactively suggest creative edits and storytelling techniques to elevate the final video.

Who you are:

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing short-form, aesthetically-driven social media video edits.
• You are proficient in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• You have a keen eye for pacing, composition, and visual storytelling. You understand how to hold attention.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to give and receive feedback clearly and work as part of a remote team.
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and can manage deadlines for multiple projects.
