We're looking for an experienced Video Editor to help produce engaging long-form YouTube content. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, creative editing, and delivering consistently high-quality work.

Instead of simply cutting footage together, you know how to shape a story, maintain viewer engagement, and create a polished final product. You work well independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of every project.

Your Day-to-Day

• Transform raw footage into polished YouTube videos that keep viewers engaged throughout.

• Design compelling thumbnails that encourage clicks while matching the channel's visual style.

• Apply professional color correction and grading to achieve a consistent, high-quality look.

• Work closely with the production team to review feedback and deliver projects on schedule.

• Help maintain editing standards and continuously improve the overall quality of the content.

Skills & Experience

Rather than checking every box, we're looking for someone with strong real-world editing experience using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, confidence working with 4K footage, a solid understanding of color grading, excellent communication skills, and a reliable editing setup with fast internet.
