Vacation rental co-host

We are a property management agency overseeing a portfolio of 20+ short-term rental properties. We need an experienced co-host to help us manage the day-to-day guest communication and operations.

Your job is to be the main point of contact for guests. You'll handle everything from the initial booking inquiry to the post-stay review, making sure each guest has a smooth experience. This includes answering questions about check-in, local recommendations, and solving any issues that come up during their stay. You'll also be responsible for coordinating the cleaner and maintenance teams after each checkout, updating calendar availability across platforms, and adjusting pricing with our dynamic pricing tool.

We need someone who has done this before. You must have hands-on experience managing multiple Airbnb or VRBO listings and be comfortable with the platforms. You should be an excellent communicator, a quick problem-solver, and highly organized to keep track of multiple properties and schedules. The ability to stay calm and professional with guests is essential. This is a fully remote role and you can work from any time zone, but you must be responsive and manage your tasks reliably.
