Job Description

We are a plumbing company looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage incoming leads and handle customer communication. This role is critical to our operations—your main responsibility is to ensure every lead is contacted, followed up with, and converted into a booked job.

You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, handling calls, texts, and follow-ups while keeping everything organized in our system.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to text messages and inquiries, and following up with new and existing leads. You will schedule appointments, coordinate bookings, and ensure that no opportunity is missed due to delayed or poor communication.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records of all interactions, update the CRM, and ensure that all customer information is properly logged and organized. A big part of the role is persistence—following up with leads multiple times when needed until a clear outcome is reached.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with prior experience in a Virtual Assistant, customer support, or similar role—ideally within a home services business such as plumbing, HVAC, or construction.

You must be comfortable speaking on the phone, handling back-and-forth communication via SMS, and managing multiple conversations at once. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and respond quickly.
