We're a DTC beauty brand and UGC is our primary content engine — not a nice-to-have. Creator content drives our ads, fills our social feed, and builds the social proof that converts new customers. We need someone to run this operation properly.
Right now it's ad hoc. Creators fall through the cracks, briefs are inconsistent, deadlines slip, and tracking what content exists is a mess. Your job is to fix that and keep it running.
What you'll manage day to day:
- Sourcing and vetting UGC creators and micro-influencers by niche and engagement quality
- Sending outreach, negotiating rates, and managing agreements
- Briefing creators with clear guidelines on format, tone, and deliverables
- Tracking deadlines and following up until content is received and approved
- Maintaining a content library so the team can find and use assets quickly
- Coordinating with the paid ads team on which content goes into creative testing
You don't need to be a creator, but you need to understand what makes UGC work in ads versus what just looks good. Asia timezone preferred, conversational English required.
