We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn ideas into ads that actually convert — specifically short-form UGC-style content for Instagram and Facebook.
This isn’t just “writing scripts.” You should understand hooks, angles, and how to structure creatives that stop the scroll and drive action. You’ll be coming up with concepts, writing briefs, and scripting ads that can be handed off to creators or editors and perform without endless revisions.
What matters:
- You’ve written UGC-style ads for DTC brands or agencies before
- You know how Meta ads work (hooks, pacing, messaging)
- Your English is sharp — no fluff, no awkward phrasing
- You can clearly communicate ideas to a team (not just write in isolation)
