TikTok Shop Manager (Accessories Brand)

Job Description
We're an accessories brand, and TikTok Shop has become one of the biggest levers we have — but only if someone owns it properly. That's the role. We're hiring a TikTok Shop Manager who gets both halves of the platform: the day-to-day operations that keep a shop running clean, and the creator-and-content engine that actually drives sales.
Picture the work in two parts. The first is running the shop itself: keeping listings sharp and accurate, managing pricing and variants, processing orders, staying ahead of inventory, and handling customer questions, reviews, and the occasional post-purchase hiccup. You'll watch the numbers too — sales, conversion, where traffic is coming from — and keep everything inside TikTok's rules so nothing gets flagged.
The second part is where the growth comes from. You'll build and manage our affiliate and creator program — finding the right creators, getting them onboarded, and keeping them promoting our products — and you'll coordinate and support live-selling sessions and shoppable content. A big part of this is instinct: knowing which trends, sounds, and formats actually sell accessories, and moving fast when something's working.
We're looking for someone who has genuinely done this before. Hands-on TikTok Shop experience is the baseline, ideally with accessories, fashion, or similar products. You should know your way around Seller Center, understand how creator outreach and live selling drive volume, and be organized enough to juggle listings, orders, and inventory without dropping anything. Clear written English for creator and customer communication is a must, along with reliable internet and the ability to run the channel independently. If you've scaled a shop's GMV before, done your own basic content editing, or worked across Shopify and other marketplaces, that's a strong bonus.
When you apply, walk us through the TikTok Shops you've managed — the product type, rough sales volume, and what you were responsible for — and tell us whether you've personally run creator/affiliate outreach or supported live selling.
