Job Description
We launched our K-beauty skincare line on TikTok Shop three months ago and it absolutely blew up. We are doing $80K/month now and growing 40% every month. The problem? I am drowning in orders, inventory tracking, customer messages, and live sale prep. I need someone who gets TikTok Shop and can run the entire operation so I can focus on content and product development.
You will own our TikTok Shop from top to bottom. Product listings, inventory updates, processing orders, handling customer questions, prepping for live sales, coordinating fulfillment - all of it. During live sales (we go live 3x per week), you will be managing the backend while I am on camera selling. That means updating inventory in real-time, processing flash sale orders, and making sure we do not oversell products.
Day-to-day breakdown:
Managing 50+ active SKUs - keeping product listings optimized with good photos, descriptions, and pricing. Updating stock levels constantly because things sell out fast during lives.
Order fulfillment coordination - making sure orders get processed quickly, tracking numbers uploaded, and customer service issues resolved before they become problems.
Live sale preparation - creating product bundles, setting up limited-time offers, preparing stock counts, and having everything ready before we go live.
Customer support - answering questions in comments and DMs about products, shipping, skincare routines. You need to know our products well enough to help customers choose what is right for them.
Inventory management - tracking what is selling, what needs restocking, coordinating with our warehouse, and flagging when we are running low on bestsellers.
Performance tracking - keeping an eye on what products are converting, what is sitting, and helping optimize our shop based on actual sales data.
What you need:
Experience managing TikTok Shop specifically - not just general e-commerce. The platform has its own quirks and you need to know how it works.
You have supported live sales before and can handle the chaos when 2,000 people are watching and orders are flying in.
Fast executor. During live sales, things move at lightning speed. You cannot be slow or hesitant.
Customer service skills - friendly, helpful, quick to respond. Our customers are loyal and we keep them that way.
Organized multitasker who does not let things slip through the cracks when it gets busy.
BONUSES TIED TO PERFORMANCE - when we hit monthly sales targets, you get paid extra. The better the shop performs, the more you earn.
