Job Description
If you've built and scaled TikTok ad campaigns that generated real revenue — not just views and impressions — and you understand the difference between content that performs on TikTok versus content repurposed from other platforms, this role is probably a fit.
We're a consumer e-commerce brand with a product that works well for the platform and a budget to scale it properly. TikTok has been treated as an afterthought until now — inconsistent posting, no real campaign structure, and no one who actually understands the platform managing it. You'll own the channel end to end: strategy, creative direction, campaign management, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Build and manage TikTok ad campaigns across In-Feed, Spark Ads, and Shopping Ad formats — from initial structure through to daily optimization
- Brief and direct content creators on ad concepts based on what actually converts on TikTok, not what looks polished
- Manage TikTok Shop product listings and coordinate with the ops team on inventory and fulfillment alignment
- Run structured creative tests — hooks, formats, CTAs, video length — and document results with clear takeaways
- Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CPP, and attributed revenue with specific recommendations on where to scale and where to cut
Requirements
- 2+ years running TikTok paid campaigns with demonstrable revenue results — specific ROAS or CPP numbers you can speak to
- Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm, native content formats, and what makes an ad convert on the platform versus other channels
- TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage
- Asia timezone — structured daily handoffs with the US-based marketing team
- Performance bonuses tied to ROAS and revenue targets
- Fluent English for briefs and async reporting
