Job Description

Picture this: Your first task is helping a grateful senior citizen successfully complete her first video visit with her doctor. Next, you calmly guide a busy parent through a technical glitch so their child's consultation isn't delayed. Your day is a mix of problem-solving, empathy, and ensuring the digital clinic runs smoothly.

You are the frontline ambassador for our platform. Patients and clinicians will rely on you for:

  • Technical Navigation: Being the friendly, patient voice that helps users of all tech-levels connect to their appointments. You'll troubleshoot audio/video issues, browser problems, and guide them through our platform step-by-step.
  • Schedule Harmony: Managing the clinic's digital calendar, confirming appointments, sending reminders, and handling reschedules to minimize no-shows and keep everyone on time.
  • Clinic Preparation: Ensuring every virtual "room" is ready. This includes verifying patient intake forms are complete and flagging any pre-visit information for the clinician.
  • Resource Guidance: Directing patients to helpful resources within our platform, like how to access their visit summary or upload lab results after their consultation.

Who You Are: You don't need a medical degree, but you do need the heart of a helper. You're a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure. You get satisfaction from fixing a problem and leaving someone feeling heard and supported. Experience in customer service, especially in healthcare, is a major plus.

This role is perfect for someone organized, compassionate, and tech-savvy who wants to contribute directly to patient care in a modern, digital setting.
