Job Description

Fast-growing productivity app needs Technical Support Representative to assist users with technical issues and platform questions. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to user inquiries via email and live chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and platform errors. Document bugs and escalate to development team. Create knowledge base articles for common issues. Guide users through feature functionality and settings.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude. Experience with support ticket systems. Patient and clear communication style. Ability to learn software quickly. Available US business hours for user support.
