Technical & Site Maintenance VA

We need a proactive VA to take full ownership of the backend health of our WordPress and Shopify sites. This isn't a content writing role; it is a technical position focused on site speed, error resolution, and search engine crawlability. You will be responsible for running weekly audits to identify 404 errors, broken internal links, and Core Web Vitals issues that could hurt our rankings.

On a daily basis, you will manage plugin updates, ensure backups are running correctly, and troubleshoot any CSS or layout shifts that occur after updates. You’ll be expected to optimize every image for web performance and manage our XML sitemaps and robots.txt files. Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and WP Rocket is essential. We are looking for someone who can spot a technical conflict before it crashes the site.
