Supply Chain Coordinator

We're an e-commerce brand selling across our own DTC store and Amazon, sourcing from multiple overseas suppliers. As order volume has grown, managing the supply chain manually has become a problem — we're regularly dealing with stockouts on top SKUs, late purchase orders, supplier communication that falls through the cracks, and freight that gets booked reactively instead of planned in advance.

We need a Supply Chain Coordinator to take day-to-day ownership of operations — managing supplier relationships, placing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating freight, and keeping inventory levels where they need to be before they become a crisis.

What you'll own

1. Monitoring inventory levels across all SKUs and channels — generating replenishment orders before stockouts occur, not after
2. Placing and tracking purchase orders with overseas suppliers — managing lead times, confirming production schedules, and following up proactively on delays
3. Coordinating freight bookings with forwarders — arranging sea and air shipments, managing documentation, and tracking inbound containers
4. Maintaining accurate records in our inventory management system — PO status, inbound shipments, and stock levels kept current at all times
5. Managing supplier communication daily — handling questions, resolving quality issues, and escalating when timelines are at risk
6. Building and maintaining SOPs for all recurring supply chain processes so the operation doesn't depend on any one person's knowledge

Requirements

• 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics coordination — e-commerce or product import experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing supplier relationships and purchase orders end to end, not just tracking spreadsheets
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting
• Asia timezone — supplier communication happens during Asia business hours
• Fluent English for supplier and freight forwarder communication
