Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech platform. This is not a role for someone who only writes code—you’ll own the design and development of features that impact our users directly, from highly interactive front-end applications to the underlying backend systems that power them.
In this position, you will take part in the entire development lifecycle: planning, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers to understand business requirements and with designers to translate ideas into seamless digital experiences.
Your daily work will include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks
- Creating efficient and scalable backend APIs to handle complex workflows
- Developing responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Troubleshooting production issues and optimizing performance
Must-have skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Deep understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
- Version control proficiency using Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines
