Job Description

We’re hiring someone to handle the day-to-day execution of social media content across platforms. Content, captions, and direction are already prepared—you’re responsible for making sure everything actually gets published correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Ensure captions, tags, links, and formatting are correct before posting
  • Reply to comments and basic messages in a consistent, timely manner
  • Make small edits in Canva when needed (resizing, text updates, template adjustments)
  • Track what has been posted and keep content calendars updated
  • Flag missing assets, broken links, or posting issues

Requirements:

  • Experience using social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
  • Comfortable managing day-to-day posting without supervision
  • Basic Canva ability for simple edits and adjustments
  • Attention to detail when publishing content
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute consistently
