Job Description

  • Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — planning 2–4 weeks ahead, scheduling, and making sure the accounts stay active and consistent
  • Write captions and copy that fit each platform's native tone — not the same text copy-pasted across three channels
  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments and DMs, keeping conversations going, and flagging customer issues to the right team
  • Brief the design team on creative requirements and review assets before they go live
  • Track performance weekly — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance by format and topic — and use the data to improve what gets made the following month

The brand has strong products and a loyal customer base. The social channels don't currently reflect either. You'll inherit a reasonable foundation but will have real ownership over how the accounts sound, what gets posted, and how the community is managed.

2+ years managing social media for a consumer brand is required — not just personal accounts or agency work where someone else set the strategy. Strong copywriting instincts are essential. Any timezone. Fluent English required.
