Social Media Manager

We are a marketing agency seeking a Social Media Manager to handle the day-to-day management of three separate law firm client accounts.

The Role:
You will be the primary point of execution for these clients, responsible for creating content, engaging their audiences, and performing light website updates. You must adapt tone and style to match each firm's unique brand while maintaining a consistently professional standard suitable for the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce a steady stream of images and light content (graphics, basic reels, carousels) for client Facebook and Instagram feeds using Canva.
• Copywriting: Draft clear, compliant, and engaging social copy for each post, tailored to each firm's voice and practice areas.
• Community Management: Monitor all three accounts daily and reply to social media comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Website Updates: From time to time, update content on client websites (e.g., uploading new blog posts, updating attorney bios) via their CMS (typically WordPress).
• Coordination: Work with our account strategist to implement monthly content calendars and report on performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple business social media accounts simultaneously. Agency experience is a major plus.
• Expert-level proficiency in Canva for fast, quality graphic production.
• Strong, adaptable writing skills with an ability to switch between client tones.
• Hands-on experience with basic website content management (WordPress is essential).
• Impeccable professionalism and understanding of client confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, extremely organized, and able to meet deadlines for multiple clients.
