Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative team member to manage our daily social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management

  • Schedule and publish video content across all platforms
  • Design engaging graphics and visual content using Canva and AI design tools
  • Ensure consistent posting schedule and maintain brand aesthetic

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social channels
  • Foster positive relationships with our online community through timely, authentic engagement
  • Track engagement metrics and identify trending conversations

Client Communication

  • Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide basic customer support and route complex inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Maintain friendly, helpful tone in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Experience with Canva and willingness to learn AI design tools
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
  • Ability to maintain brand voice and tone across different channels
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
