Job Description
We're seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day operations for our short-term rental properties. You will handle guest communications from inquiry through checkout, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, manage bookings across multiple platforms, and optimize listings for maximum occupancy and revenue. Your role will include responding to guest messages, maintaining calendars to prevent double bookings, scheduling turnovers, handling reviews, updating pricing, and generating performance reports. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple properties simultaneously.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience managing short-term rentals or working as a virtual assistant in the hospitality industry. Must have hands-on experience with Airbnb and VRBO platforms, including managing listings, processing bookings, and maintaining host status. Proficiency with property management software such as Guesty, Hostfully, or similar systems is essential. Strong written English communication skills for professional guest interactions. Experience coordinating with vendors, managing calendars across multiple booking platforms, and using Google Workspace or similar tools for administrative tasks. Must be comfortable working US business hours and have reliable internet connection.
