Job Description
We manage short-term rental properties across Australia, helping property owners maximize their rental income through professional management. Our clients are real estate investors and homeowners who want their properties rented on platforms like Airbnb and —— without the day-to-day hassles.
Your role focuses on supporting the onboarding of new property owners to our management service. You will work with our sales team to transition interested owners into active clients, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to hand over their properties.
Onboarding Support Responsibilities
- Coordinate initial consultations between property owners and our management team
- Collect and organize property documentation from new clients
- Schedule property assessments and photography sessions
- Guide owners through platform setup (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
- Manage the contract signing and agreement process
- Set up property details in our management software
- Coordinate key handover and access arrangements
Client Communication & Preparation
- Send welcome packages and onboarding materials
- Explain our management processes and expectations
- Address common questions about short-term rental regulations
- Coordinate between owners and our operations team
- Ensure all compliance documents are completed
Required Background
- Experience with property management or real estate processes
- Understanding of short-term rental/Airbnb industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client onboarding simultaneously
- Knowledge of Australian business context preferred
