Job Description
We’re looking for a fast, creative, and reliable Short-Form Content VA to help us produce and scale high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This role is focused on turning raw content into engaging short-form videos that grab attention quickly and keep viewers watching. If you understand pacing, hooks, and what makes content go viral—this will be a strong fit.
You’ll be working closely with our team to take existing footage, ads, or UGC and transform it into multiple short-form pieces optimized for performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll primarily be editing short-form videos on a daily basis. This includes cutting clips, adding captions, inserting hooks, using jump cuts, and keeping the content fast-paced and engaging. You’ll also repurpose longer videos into multiple short clips and adapt content for different platforms.
Part of your role will involve following proven content styles while also bringing your own ideas to improve performance. Over time, you’ll develop a feel for what works and contribute to making content more engaging and conversion-focused.
You may also assist with organizing content, scheduling posts, and tracking which videos perform best so we can double down on winning formats.
What We’re Looking For
You should have experience editing short-form content and a strong understanding of platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Knowing what makes someone stop scrolling is key.
You’re comfortable using tools like CapCut or similar editing software, and you can work quickly without sacrificing quality. Attention to detail matters—especially with captions, timing, and overall flow.
We’re looking for someone who is consistent, responsive, and able to follow direction, but also confident enough to suggest improvements when you see opportunities.
