Job Description

We are a direct-to-consumer home decor brand seeking a committed Shopify Virtual Assistant for a long-term collaboration. This role is central to the daily management and smooth operation of our online store, requiring a detail-oriented individual with proven Shopify experience within the DTC space.

You will be the operational backbone of our Shopify store. Your core responsibilities include managing all product listings, ensuring inventory accuracy, and processing customer orders. You will update collections, upload new products, and assist in preparing for launches. A key part of your role will involve basic customer service coordination and generating simple reports to track store performance. Your work ensures our store is visually polished, functionally seamless, and reliably up-to-date.

You must have direct, hands-on experience managing a Shopify store for a DTC brand, ideally within home decor, furniture, or a related lifestyle category. You possess a strong visual sense and an impeccable eye for detail. You are a self-starter who can manage tasks proactively, communicate clearly, and thrive in an independent, remote working environment. Familiarity with e-commerce tools for email or inventory management is a strong advantage.

This is a long-term position. In recognition of consistent performance and successful integration into our team, your salary will be reviewed with an increase after six months. You will be eligible for a 13th-month salary bonus each December and receive 10 days of paid time off per year.
