Job Description

What We're Looking For

Someone with solid Shopify experience who can manage our store operations, keep everything running smoothly, and handle the technical and administrative tasks that keep us selling. You'll own product management, order monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and store maintenance so we can focus on growth and strategy.

This Role Handles:

Product management: Upload new products with optimized titles, descriptions, and images. Update inventory quantities, pricing, and product variants across collections. Organize products into collections and ensure navigation makes sense for customers. Add tags, metafields, and SEO elements to improve discoverability.

Order and fulfillment monitoring:

  • Check daily orders for issues, unusual addresses, or fraud flags​
  • Coordinate with fulfillment team on order processing and shipping​
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and customer requests before shipment​
  • Track fulfillment status and flag delays or problems​

Store maintenance: Test checkout flow regularly to catch any technical issues. Monitor site speed and report performance problems. Update banners, promotional messaging, and seasonal content. Ensure all links, images, and pages are working correctly.

App and integration support: Manage Shopify apps for reviews, email marketing, inventory, and other functions. Troubleshoot basic app issues and coordinate with support when needed. Keep integrations between Shopify and other tools running smoothly.

Basic customer support:

  • Respond to simple customer inquiries about orders, shipping, and products​
  • Process return requests and coordinate with fulfillment​
  • Update customers on order status when they ask​

You Need:

  • 1-2 years hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
  • Strong understanding of Shopify admin, product management, and basic store operations​
  • Experience with order fulfillment workflows and coordination
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and testing site functionality​
  • Detail-oriented with ability to catch errors in product listings or site content​
  • Good written English for product descriptions and customer communication​
  • Organized multitasker who can handle daily operations across multiple areas​
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
