About the Role

We are an online boutique specializing in women's clothing and accessories. We are looking for a dedicated Shopify Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store. Your primary focus will be on inventory management, order processing, and providing customer support to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update inventory levels in Shopify, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email support.
• Monitor store performance and generate basic sales reports.
• Ensure the website is functioning correctly and report any technical issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
• Proven experience with inventory management and order processing.
• Strong written English communication skills for customer support.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
