Shopify store manager - kitchenware

We are a direct-to-consumer brand selling high-quality kitchen accessories in the US market. We’re looking for a Shopify Store Manager to become a core part of our small, dedicated team. This role is for someone who wants to own the store's day-to-day operations and help us grow.

You’ll be running the shop. This means you'll manage our product catalog, update collections, and ensure every listing is optimized. You’ll process and fulfill orders, coordinate with our shipping partners, and handle customer service inquiries to keep our reviews strong. You’ll also track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and help plan for new product launches.

We need someone who’s been in the trenches with Shopify for at least two years. You should know the platform inside out and understand what makes DTC customers tick. You’re organized, a clear communicator, and you don’t wait to be told what to do next—you see what needs to be fixed and you handle it. We want a long-term teammate, not just a task-completer.
