Shopify Operations Coordinator

Our Shopify store runs on tight operations and we need someone reliable to keep everything moving during Asia business hours.

On any given day you'll be processing new orders, making sure fulfillment queues are clear, updating and maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory levels and flagging low stock before it becomes a problem, and handling any backend issues that surface. The work is consistent and detail-oriented — the kind of role where being organized isn't optional, it's the whole job. If something is off in the store, you're the first to notice and the one who fixes it.

• Process and track orders end to end — nothing left unresolved
• Maintain accurate inventory records and flag restock needs proactively
• Update product listings — titles, descriptions, images, pricing — as needed
• Identify and resolve backend issues before they affect customers
• Document recurring problems and communicate operational issues clearly

Hands-on Shopify experience is required. You should know the platform well enough to navigate it independently without a walkthrough. If you've kept a Shopify store running cleanly and take pride in the details, this is a good fit.
